The world's only high resolution, stand-alone fluorescent imaging system! Built-in computer included to provide easy to use touch screen acquisition and documentation capabilities. This self-contained system features: a scientific grade CCD camera for capturing high resolution images, simple capture options, versatile save options, flexibility for future upgrades for chemiluminescent applications.

The GelDoc-It and GelDoc-It TS systems may be used the following applications:

Non-Fluorescent & Colorimetric Gels: Coomassie Blue, Silver stain, Autorad film, colony plates

Fluorescent Gels: EtBr, SYPRO Red, Texas Red, SYPRO Ruby, CY3, RFP, SYPRO Orange, Rhodamine, SYBR Green, EGFP, Fluorescein, Pico Green, Gel Star, SYBR Gold

Key Features

The GelDoc-It TS system features all the tools necessary to view,capture and save high resolution fluorescent and colorimetric imaging.

Capture images with the high resolution Gel Camera with zoom lens

View images on the built-in 8" LCD monitor

Save images to the built-in hard drive, to the USB memory stick (64MB stick included) or transfer to a computer via network connectivity

The GelDoc-It TS system features include

Select software functions with easy to use touch screen capabilities
Slide the Ethidium Bromide filter in the easy-access tray (no longer need to attach the filter to the zoom lens)
Place samples in the light-tight darkroom with wide-access door, UV safety switch and gel viewing window
Light up the darkroom with overhead white LED lights with HI/LO settings
Place the UV transilluminator on the roll-out tray
Install optional UV lamps for overhead UV illumination

Software Capabilities

Panel buttons allow users to select from various options:

See a LIVE preview of gels, plates and colonies
SNAP (capture) the image
SAVE the image in TIFF (8, 12 or 16-bit) BMP or JPEG file formats
PRINT to any digital printer

The software also allows users to set the TIME/DATE, exposure warnings and integration times.
